Dr Glenn Murray is arrogant and disrespectful especially towards young clients. I went in for a consult but he kept nit picking my looks trying to sell me more procedures claiming “I have deep wrinkles”… yet I’m in my 20s. Throughout the consult he kept calling me “kid”, it made me feel like I wasn’t being taken seriously. I might be young, but I’m still an adult and should be referred to by my name. When I wanted to talk about potential dermal filler migration he got angry and said ‘why do you people think like this, no nothing would happen to you’ and ended the conversation like that. I have the right to ask about the cons of the procedure as I would be injecting this product into MY body. The receptionist was unorganised and rude. She made me fill out the paper work 3 times before coming to the clinic. When I arrived at the clinic I had to refill the paper work again. She was pushy and passive aggressive the whole time despite it not being my fault. If there is technical issues with your system (it doesn’t send the clients paperwork through) don’t take your frustration out on the client! The doctor and receptionists lack of professionalism is why I won’t recommend this place.
