Chris is a very kind and helpful person. I never had this kind of service before. I had no idea which products would be suitable for my skin because I have sensitive skin. Chris approached me and asked if I needed any help. When I said yes, he recommended products based on my skin type and explained what each product is used for and how it works. He also wrote down which product should be used at what time, which was very helpful. In the end, Chris gave two chocolates to my son, and my son also really liked Chris's customer service. I really appreciate Chris’s help and excellent customer service.

I had a lovely experience last Friday at Adore Beauty. I came in looking to change up my skincare routine, and Lola kindly took the time to show me some Dermalogica products suited to my ageing skin needs. She was very knowledgeable and helpful and made the whole experience feel really personalised. I've been using the products since and I'm loving them so far! It’s so great that Adore Beauty have opened in SA. The store at Westfield Marion is really lovely. Clean, bright but not clinical, with a considerable selection of excellent quality products without being overwhelming or cluttered. The staff are knowledgeable and passionate. During my visit today I was greeted by Chris who was super kind and happy to help. Good work, I’ll be back! 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
