From the very first message, Natasha was incredibly thorough — patient with all my questions and generous with her knowledge before I even booked. I’ll admit it took me a few conversations to commit (she’s not exactly around the corner from me!), but I’m so glad I made the trip. Her space is clean and minimalistic, but thoughtfully set up — she even had a heated blanket ready, which was a lovely touch. The consultation was thorough, the treatment itself was comfortable and completed right on time, and she checked in on me throughout. As someone who has had HIFU done before, I can confidently say this was on another level — genuinely effective and well worth the investment. She also cleansed, moisturised and finished with the most beautiful fragrant sunscreen post-treatment, giving me a real glimpse of how a full facial with her would feel. Natasha is the real deal.
