Alex has magic hands , just finished Milk and honey spa ritual and it was so nice. Ive been to Advanced Body image and spa lotus several time and its always 5 star service. Everything is clean and smells nice. The staff are lovely and knowledgable. I tried the steam room this time and my skin felt so nice afterwards. 10000000% recommend this place for all you spa needs..

Unfortunately the clinician did not explain fully the options for my electrolysis treatments which greatly compounded discomfort during each of my sessions (I ceased treatments after 2 due to these issues) Management was only too happy to put the onus totally on me and to take no responsibility for the lack of professionalism and empathy shown. All issues could have been avoided and /or at least been less impactful if empathy and basic care was given.

I’m very disappointed with the service. I went last week for electrolysis with Michelle, and first of all, I had to wait almost an hour before my appointment even started. I booked another session the next day, but again there was a long delay with no clear explanation. I only needed chin hair removal, which wasn’t much, yet they charged me $250 for an hour. On top of that, during the treatment I experienced some bleeding, which made me uncomfortable and concerned about the technique being used. The staff didn’t seem well-organised or confident in what they were doing, which made the experience even worse. I would not recommend this place. On the other hand, I had a great experience at Ella Baché Fannie Bay. Their treatment and service were professional and much better overall.

Lacking on open disclosure - felt really good during the ‘free’ consult but wasn’t given any heads up that the skin care regime was going to be over $1000. Felt overwhelmed and pressured when I got to the counter and was told the price in front of other customers waiting. I see this is common from reading past reviews. Highly recommend the prices are discussed in the consultations.

I was very disappointed with my treatment. I arrived on time the computer and internet were down. I was given a form to fill out even though I had been to the salon before. My 60 min treatment was cut short to 50 and I was told this was because I was late and had to use my massage time to fill out a form because I had not been to the salon before. I paid for a 60 min deep tissue massage with Alex however it was not deep tissue nor firm and she forgot my neck and shoulders even though I had specifically requested a focus on my back shoulders and neck. I won’t be back
