I had a very disappointing experience at Angel Brows in Randwick. I booked an appointment yesterday for brow lamination with a wax, which normally takes around 30–40 minutes, but I was there for well over an hour. There appeared to be only one beautician working at the time, and a queue started to form. Several customers were visibly frustrated by the delay, which made the whole situation feel quite uncomfortable. Unfortunately, the result was also very disappointing. My brows don’t appear to have been laminated at all, and the overall outcome is far from what I expected.My brows are actually worse. It ended up feeling like a complete waste of money. What has been most frustrating is the lack of response afterward. I emailed to raise my concerns but haven’t received any reply, and when I tried calling the Randwick number it doesn’t even ring through. I hope someone from the team can get back to me soon to address this, as the experience felt quite unprofessional and I’d really appreciate some resolution.

The lady doing my eyebrow shape and tint and eyelash tint was uninterested. It took an hour as she stopped for rest breaks saying she was tired. I accepted this however she waxed off half of my left eyebrow and just left me with a thin hair my right eyebrow even worse with most of it gone. I didn’t notice at the time because she covered it with dye and I was too distracted by the burning in my eyes as she washed the eyelash tint off with chemical not water. I’m wasn’t even to harsh with her over that as maybe she was training and dye can be removed from my clothes but when I got home and seen that my eyebrows are ruined I’m so upset. There was no other staff on duty. There should have been someone to train, support and supervise this lady. My eyebrows are gone from being naturally to thin whisp it will take months to undo this and daily drawing on. I had been here a few times before and my experience was ok but I’m actually so upset by this.

Got my eyebrows waxed and tinted here today. The lady working there didn’t speak one word to me. The moment I sat in the chair she trimmed my eyebrows with a scissors without asking me. I also asked for a medium tint but she proceeded to apply a very dark tint. When the service was over she just said “done”. She did not offer me a mirror or anything. Then followed me out and locked up for lunch I presume. The service felt very rushed and I am extremely dissatisfied as she cut my eyebrows without my permission and had made the shape patchy and short . Will not be returning. Zero stars

Worst wax experience of my life. I was there for 20 minutes in the wax room for a half leg wax and the lady didn’t get one piece of hair off my leg. She blamed me at first for not having long enough hair (which was not true) and then eventually admitted they had a new piece of equipment they used for the service and said it must be that. I walked out all covered in black wax she didn’t even get off my leg. Would never come back here.
