I had the Japanese Head Spa and facial intro offer and it was incredible! Very relaxing, comfortable and professional. The girls were lovely and so welcoming. My skin feels so soft and plump. My hair also feels very silky and soft, it’s the best it’s felt! And it smells amazing. Peppermint tea and a blow dry was provided after the service, a perfect way to finish the entire experience. I would highly recommend and will definitely be back.

I went in a stressed out mess thinking nothing would calm me down or that I’d be relaxed enough to enjoy the hair and facial package I booked. I surprisingly walked out so chilled - had I known I’d have booked weeks ago. The ladies are so gentle and kind. Beautiful service. Water on arrival. Tea and chocolate on departure. Will be back. Highly recommended if you need to de-stress. Top tip - allow a little extra time in case parking is a little busy in the late afternoons.

Edit: We did not ask for a refund, on the contrary, my wife wanted to make a booking on a Wednesday that was not 8 April but rather later in the month. It is rather curious that this business is willing to go to details about an interaction when a simple response to email would have achieved an outcome that would have been adequate for both parties. We have also never had a response to the email sent to your business, so I'm not sure what multiple communications have been made. I sincerly hope you escalate this matter to resolve the issue. This is my partner's experience with this business, based on this experience I would definitely avoid wasting my time and money on these people. "I purchased a Groupon voucher to try this new place and support a new business in the area. However, regrettably my experience has been absolutely disappointing. I called them to make a booking the lady by the name of Anna/Ann was extremely rude once I mentioned I bought the voucher via Groupon. She was literally screaming at me and gave me ONLY 1 WEDNESDAY AS AN OPTION TO MAKE A BOOKING. I tried to explain that I cannot do 8th of April iland is there any way I can make a booking on a Wednesday that suits me. Then the lady started raging at me and not listening or hearing me then she just hang up on me. To top it off she blocked my number as well. All this because I said I cannot do 8th of April and suggested another Wednesday and it was a GROUPON purchase. I then visited the shop on Sunday 29 March to try to figure out a time to make this booking. I spoke to a lady, she said her name was 'mann', she was adamant that she will call back without taking my phone number or any of my details. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESSS and the shop had a weird smell when I was there."
