I had such a wonderful experience at the Artisan clinic! From the moment I walked in, the team was incredibly welcoming and made me feel completely comfortable. The consultation was thorough, honest, and genuinely catered to my needs — they never try to upsell or empty your pocket, which I truly appreciate. Specially my regular Nurse Tram, Is truely amazing! Their treatments are amazing, and you can tell they really know what they’re doing. They listened carefully to my concerns and recommended what was best for my skin, not what was most expensive. I also love how flexible they are with rescheduling; life gets busy, and they always accommodate with kindness and understanding. Overall, such a lovely place with professional, caring staff. I’m so glad I found my go-to clinic for all things skin! Highly recommend. 💕✨

I’ve been a regular at Artisan Bruce for a couple of years now and absolutely love it there. It’s been my one-stop shop for all my skin treatments and cosmetic needs. I regularly see the beautiful Preet, who has helped prepare my skin for all life’s adventures, Europe, being a bridesmaid, and treating my melasma. She’s incredible at what she does, extremely professional, knowledgeable, and always tailors treatments to my needs. I honestly don’t know what I’d do without her! Nurse Tram is also incredibly gifted. She knows how to enhance your features naturally and provides informed options so you feel confident and comfortable. Artisan Bruce has a true power team!

Such an amazing experience - I’d give 6 stars if that were an option! The space is beautiful and calming, the reception staff were so friendly, and the nurses were exceptional. Nurse Claire and Nurse Tram were warm, knowledgeable, and made a usually painful treatment feel surprisingly comfortable (even enjoyable!!). Very reasonably priced as well. Highly recommend!

To say my expectations were received would be an understatement- nurse Tram is an exceptional experienced lovely lady, she takes the time to listen and give you the exact outcome you’re looking for. The receptionist Jess was so beautiful and welcoming and made sure I was comfortable and looked after while waiting. I could not recommend Artisans highly enough! Will be going back for other treatments as soon as possible 🩷
