I have been coming to Assure Cosmetics Centre since 2011 and highly recommend Caitlyn whom I have been seeing for the past 5 years (could be longer - she kept popping off to have babies). She is kind, thorough with treatments, professional and very knowledgeable . I look forward to my visits here knowing I am in safe hands. I often get compliments about my skin and how good it looks for my age (73), Ash and Mel on reception are also a great team always willing to help and make you feel at home.

I have been going to Assure for approximately 10 years and was lucky to have booked my first appointment with Caitlyn. She has provided a tailored skin care routine for my needs througout the past decade. Her passion for great skin shows in her treatments. She always goes above and beyond for her clients and is an absolute delight to catch up with. The cosmetic nurses are fabulous and are great at providing the more natural look I prefer. I have been seeing Mel for a couple of years now and appreciate her knowledge of the industry and the latest trends. Finally, Ash and Melina at reception are always ready to help and great at planning appointments or helping with any queries. Love Assure and happy to stay a loyal customer.

I’ve been seeing Caitlin at Assure for over 7 years now, and I honestly can’t imagine trusting anyone else with my skin. She is consistently professional, thorough, and genuinely cares about recommending what’s best for me — informative with the products she uses but never pushy with a sale. Her calm and reassuring manner make every appointment a pleasure and she always runs on time, which I really value. Part of me hesitated to leave this review because she’s such a hidden gem — and I selfishly want to keep her all to myself! But she truly deserves this recommendation. If you’re lucky enough to get an appointment with her, you’ll understand why I’ve stayed loyal for nearly a decade.
