I would highly recommend the Australian Skin Cancer Clinic Balgowlah, particularly Dr Dan Svagers. Dr Svagers was extremely thorough during my examination, patient, and attentive to all of my concerns. He answered my questions clearly and effectively, and took the time to educate me on the effects of sun exposure on my skin, as well as the precautions I can take moving forward to better protect myself in the future. What also stood out to me was the exceptional service from the reception staff. From the moment I walked into the clinic, they were incredibly warm, friendly, and welcoming, which is unfortunately quite rare these days. They made me feel comfortable straight away and created a very positive atmosphere within the clinic. Their professionalism, kindness, and willingness to help did not go unnoticed, and they truly made the entire experience feel personal and reassuring.
