Great service, and great doctor. I saw Dr Monier Cosman. He took a lot of time to make sure everything was checked, and made sure I was comfortable and assured me of any concerns/issues. The practise manager and reception staff are very friendly and made the experience more enjoyable. It is great to see smiling faces, and well mannered staff as the face of the company. I will definitely be recommending my family and friends to have a skin check here.

**be warned - extra unnecessary costs added** My father came in for a skin check. Said there was no areas of concern. $80 for the appointment with a rebate $41. That's all fine. The clinic then without being clear, a few sprays of alcohol results in an additional $140 cost... now it's $220 with $57 rebate. This is deceptive behaviour, he won't be back and I'll make sure others steer clear. Had the service been offered with its full costs and explained clearly, it would've been denied. If there are no areas of concern that should be the end but the $ appears too much to not fleece from clients. You've been warned.

Do not attend this clinic! They missed confirmed skin cancer! I made an appointment with Dr Chin at this clinic because I was worried about a mark on my face. I was told by Dr Chin "it might be pre-cancer, I can burn it off if you want." I sought a second opinion at another skin cancer clinic, and when I asked about the same mark on my face, the doctor was immediately concerned that it was a skin cancer, he did a biopsy then and there, and the test came back positive for cancer a week later. I have since had to have surgery. The doctor who did the surgery confirmed that skin cancer cannot be "burned off". If I had listened to Dr Chin, I would still have cancer growing in my cheek. I am very concerned that this could happen to other people, or has already happened to others. Please, go to another clinic. (I lodged a complaint with the clinic about Dr Chin two weeks ago, which I was told has been sent on to him and that he would respond - so far I have heard nothing.) @Victoria - please note that I detailed above that I have already been in touch with the clinic about this. I was told by the manager that all your doctors are independent contractors, so there is nothing the clinic can do other than pass my feedback on to Dr Chin.

I was just at this clinic and found the doctor I saw very disappointing and not at all thorough he did not look at my face my hands or fingers or look very closely anywhere I do not feel confident I got a thorough check and he hardly spoke a word to me I won’t be going again
