I can’t express my happiness for Dr Dora and her kindness! It was my fault on arrival to find out they had tried to call me a few times that my appointment had been canceled. The lovely receptionist was very kind and caring when I got upset and went to talk to the nurse. A few minutes later she walks back out and said a nurse will have a talk to me, during talking to the nurse Dr Dora came in and told me she was free for a little while and would be happy to take me on as a patient as she saw how upset I was! I am so grateful for her offering to help me out! She was so caring and understanding and didn’t make me feel silly for crying! She helped calm me from being so overwhelmed about my concerns for my skin! Thank you again Dr Dora! Highly recommend coming here! All the three ladies on tonight were so caring and helpful!
