After three months being buried in formula for statistics study, I treated myself to a few services post-exams. They were not snobby, but friendly and accommodating. Eyebrow wax, shape and tint, eyelash lift and tint and a pick-me up 30 min facial - all were relaxing, professional, and with amazing outcomes. I was a bit scared to revisit eyelash work given I'd had chemical burns at a different place, but they were gentle, thorough and precise. For the facial, they use a special light that shows the condition of your skin and tailored products accordingly, it was heavenly. Tracey was my allocated beauty therapist today and we had just the right balance of chatter and relaxing silence. For the wax, shape, tint, eyelash lift and tint, plus the facial, it was all under $200. When I heard a baby crying in the foyer, they were all engaging with the little one and trying to settle them. I will happily return to beauty secrets.

Natural look is default no real glam available. VERY uncomfortable make up chair which is not suitable for most body types/sizes. Make up gets done in the front window that foot traffic can see. Spray tan was not evenly applied and left a lot of stain on underwear. Price for make up was good, spray tan was over priced.

DO NOT ATTEND THIS PLACE. Hello, I have just arrived home after waiting 20 minutes for my appointment. Finally, was in the room ready for my xxx and other waxing and then was advised that she could not do all the waxing today. Very busy...... 'not my problem'. She said I had to come back another day to get the rest of the waxing done. Whoever was running late should have been punished.... 'not me'. There were 3 girls standing around at reception when I left unhappy. I have been very happy there with the treatments I have received, but will now look for another alternative. No discount, or voucher for the inconvenience, as I rushed to get there for my appointment on time. Very disappointed.
