I recently had my first skin cancer check with Dr Rod Parnian, and it was an excellent experience. He was kind, confident, and made me feel completely at ease throughout the appointment. He took the time to explain everything clearly and thoroughly, which I really appreciated. I’d also like to give a shoutout to the reception staff, they were all welcoming, friendly, and helpful from the moment I arrived. Overall, a very positive experience. I would definitely recommend this clinic to friends and family.

Went for my first skin check, had a few moles pop up, spend quite a bit of time at the beach etc. etc. Team was great ! Full body search, felt very professional and re-assuring. Had a suspicious mole removed, bi-opsied, tested and received an email a few days letter - benign! Great! Will definitely come back next year / 6m for another check. You gained a customer.

I visited this clinic to have a small mole removed, and I deeply regret it. What should have been a minor, straightforward procedure has now left me with a 10 cm scar on my back — for something that wasn’t even life-threatening. I was told afterward that I couldn’t exercise or have any sun exposure for 3 weeks, and despite following all the aftercare instructions, the result is still an ugly, noticeable scar. The doctor was friendly, but the surgical approach felt unprofessional and overly aggressive for such a simple mole removal. I wish I had known the potential cosmetic impact beforehand — it was never properly explained. I do not recommend getting any mole removals done here unless it’s absolutely necessary for your health. Maybe just stick to skin checks. I’m very disappointed with my experience and the long-term mark I now have to live with.

Disappointing and I would say unprofessional. Initially had an appointment with Dr Vo, then received a call from polite and professional receptionist, who asked if I was OK seeing Dr Alice. Dr Alice was friendly but I doubt of her knowledge and professionalism. I felt she wanted to fill in her hours before going on leave, when she requested to come the next day to check 4 spots.. I get skin checks every 6 months and it was odd to have 4 new spots.. It is obviously a scary/sensitive situation to be asked to do a biopsy for 4 freckles and unfortunately for her, she needs to be more careful. After that I went to two additional clinics, who were both able to guarantee me 100%, with their knowledge and technology, that those freckles weren't dangerous. Thanks to this doctor they have lost two clients. I would not recommend this clinic.
