Highly recommend. I have had many facial treatments over the last decade and Kay is very experienced and honest. We have treated my skin through acne, pigmentation, scarring and now aging and each time my skin has come out glowing and radiant, I always receive compliments. She is always honest with what your skin needs at the time and by far she is the most well priced business I have come across. This business does not push products, but I would recommend buying whatever is suggested as the after treatment is just as important as the treatment itself and they stock good products. I have seen a huge difference in my skin appearance over the years and I owe it all to this business. Mini mocroderm is my favorite treatment with a complimentary massage at the end.

I would not recommend this salon for manicure/pedicures - poor service & lack of knowledge/products to complete service. Last week (Friday 6th), I booked a manicure and pedicure for my sister and I. Unfortunately we were very disappointed by the service and think it’s important that future clients understand that this business is not your best choice for this service. For example: - The pedicure was held in a very small treatment room. The room was full of other furniture and so on - my sister was asked to climb over them onto the treatment bed which was not a pedicure chair/bath. The lights were then too dark to see the colours properly. - My sister was then asked to lay flat on the bed and to soak her feet into a bucket of water (legs in the air). - The therapist doing the pedicure did not seem to know how to remove shellac (eg. she asked her co-worker about the difference between acetone and nail polish remover etc) - They did not seem to have the necessary products (eg. a motorised filer that most nail salons have to remove shellac) - The therapist abruptly ended my sister’s appointment to start another clients service, leaving my sister with toe nails that had half the shellac removed and the underside of her feet half-filed (see attached - this was at the END of her appointment). - She blamed my sister for running late (which she was - about 15mins) and for ‘changing her mind’ about the service (needing the shellac removal). In fact, it took the therapist 30 minutes to half file her nails - most salons could complete the full service in this time. - I asked for a manicure with normal nail polish. The young girl was very sweet but it took a long time (45mins+). She didn’t apply a base coat and seemed to struggle to file my nails and cut the cuticles (incredibly gentle). We don’t feel any anger towards the two therapists or the salon manager but were shocked by the discrepancy between what was anticipated (a nice pedicure), and what occurred (half removed shellac).
