Not all dermatologists are the same! At last a wonderful medical appointment. I was expecting very little, dermatologists do not inspire confidence generally but this time it was different. I can highly recommend this dermatology service, I have had 5 years of horrible doctors, so this visit was a real breath of fresh air. I am really glad I went, I feel optimistic about getting appropriate treatment and help off the back of this appointment. A lot of healthcare professionals these days, just get you in, do nothing to help, you are in and out, they go through their procedure, you pay and they do absolutely nothing to help. The amount of completely pointless appointments I have gone to beggars belief, but at last I got real help, from an excellent doctor. I am rapt. Anyway, if you would like to get kind, compassionate, professional and insightful service, from great doctors, go here. There is street parking on the side street. I am so glad I went for the appointment, my health situation is complex and it has been easier to just ignore me for so many healthcare professionals, I was expecting more of the same but instead I was listened to and the doctor took immediate action to assist me. Now I have hope.

Dr Anita Smith is a wonderful doctor!!! She spoke so lovely, was quick to listen and consider every possible option that was best for me. She really prioritized my care and health. I’m very appreciative and I highly recommend her. On the other hand, the old receptionist lady was very interesting and had minimal customer service skills. I didn’t pay any mind to it but she was quite rude/dismissive to other patients. Not sure if that’s the Clare everyone else is talking about.

I had an appointment with Dr Andrew for my husband. He has psoriasis. Andrew is just awesome, down to earth, so polite. He answered my all questions very well. He is the best dermatologist in The Perth. How easily he explained everything to us. Keep it up good work Andrew. I would highly recommend you to other people and my friends. Always a pleasant experience as a patient. The whole team works well together and Receptionist Claire is a stand out. Usually the first person to greet me as I walk in, Claire is super efficient and shows excellent customer service skills as she has done for the past 6 years!!!
