I went to this clinic and was treated by Dr. Bryan Pang because I had severe acne. What happened next was honestly terrible!!!!Instead of improving, my skin became much worse, several times worse than before. My face is now in a condition I have never experienced before!!! This situation is not normal. It is scary and shocking. I trusted this clinic with my skin, and the result was the complete opposite of what I was promised. Please, do not go there at any cost!!!Do not risk your skin. I truly wish someone had warned me earlier. Since December 16, the clinic has been ignoring me completely. I am not receiving any replies, and I still have not been sent the medications I was prescribed….Being ignored like this, especially after such a bad outcome, is unacceptable. I am honestly in shock! Not only was my acne not treated, but my condition is now much worse, and no one from the clinic is willing to help or even respond. This experience has caused me serious stress and damage. Please think very carefully before choosing this clinic or this doctor. I would never recommend them to anyone!!!!!

The doctor here is nice and professional but the receptionist is so rude. She did not say Hi or How are you or what can I help you. Instead of , she said “what is your name”. Definitely they need a training or be replaced. Never see that in any other clinic.
