I attended the practice on 18 Oct 23. I was pleased to be able to book an appointment online, easily and at short notice. I was seen reasonably promptly by Dr Jeff Chow. He was thorough, knowledgeable and personable. Reception staff were also helpful and responsive. All around a great experience and I intend to return here for my annual skin checks.

Great clinic. Easy to book appointments online and there was no wait to see the doctor on arrival. I saw Dr Kennedy who was kind and gentle and did a thorough skin check. He answered all my questions and it didn't feel like I was being rushed out the door.

Skin cancer clinic located in Chatswood, Sydney. Staff are friendly and helpful. They accept private (non-resident) bookings and will happily communicate by email which is great when there are time differences involved. The dermatologist I saw was friendly and professional - I would definitely recommend.

If you are looking for a quick check, these guys are great. The website states, "the initial consultation will involve a full skin cancer history and a detailed examination of your skin which is assisted by diagnostic instrumentation." I was in and out within 12 minutes, and it only cost me $120! That's only $10 per minute! Much quicker than the previous practice in Perth, which wasted time examining my skin under direct specialised lighting and video dermatoscopes to scan my skin and take images of areas of concern. Despite having had previous cancers removed with ongoing six monthly checkups, the Physician commented that in his professional judgement, I did not require any images to be taken on the day. So absolutely nothing to worry about here. Amazing.
