When the Shenton Park Clinic closed, I was devastated. So with reluctance I made Claremont Clear Skin my new treatment home. I had no need to be worried. The amazing staff at Claremont make everyone who walks through the door feel so welcome. The clinic is light, clean and relaxing. I know one shouldn’t have favourites, but Sharon is a Bobby dazzler! She knows her stuff and goes above and beyond with her care and treatment. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for the love and care you and all the Claremont Staff provide. I have a prepaid package with Clear Skincare Claremont and usually have a great experience with the nurse, who is professional and lovely. I booked an appointment over the phone, but when I arrived, they had recorded it incorrectly and told me I’d need to come back another day. I waited 15 minutes past my scheduled time before anyone informed me of the mistake. As a full-time student, this was incredibly inconvenient and frustrating. It’s disappointing to receive such inconsistent service, especially as a loyal paying client.

This was honestly one of the worst experiences I have ever had with a laser clinic. I purchased a full laser package and paid for all of my sessions in advance. During one appointment, I had not shaved my neck area, so the therapist refused to perform the treatment and told me it would need to be done at a future appointment. I specifically asked several times whether I would lose the session, and I was clearly told that I would not. I even asked her to add a note to my file confirming this, and she assured me that she had done so. At my next appointment, I was shocked when the staff completely denied that conversation and refused to honour the session I had already paid for. No note could be found, and instead of taking responsibility or trying to resolve the issue, I was simply told that I had lost the session. The staff member was rude, dismissive, argumentative, and changed her explanation multiple times during the conversation. What upset me even more was the lack of professionalism and respect. Rather than listening to my concerns, I felt like I was being blamed and spoken down to. As someone who has spent a significant amount of money at this clinic, I expected much better treatment. I also raised concerns about my laser results. Before moving to Australia, I completed laser treatments at another clinic and experienced excellent results, with a significant reduction in fine hair after only a few sessions. Since attending ClearSkin Laser, I have noticed the hair becoming darker, thicker, and more visible. Instead of discussing possible causes, reviewing my treatment plan, or exploring alternative options, I was simply told to “check my hormones” and that it was “not their problem.” A professional clinic should keep accurate client records, communicate clearly, treat customers with respect, and take concerns seriously. Unfortunately, my experience was the complete opposite. Poor customer service, poor communication, poor record-keeping, and disappointing treatment outcomes
