What a fantastic clinic, I was quite nervous to begin with as I’d never had laser hair removal before now. Yesterday when I was at the Fremantle clinic the staff member Emma made me feel so comfortable and calm at what can be potentially a fairly awkward situation, getting the bikini line done. All of the take-home products I have purchased have been excellent, and the clinic is so clean and efficiently run. I am looking forward to saying goodbye to those highly annoying ingrown hair issues! 😊

Got Aesthetics Rx products on their recommendation for dry skin and pigmentation, its okay for dry skin, no change to pigmentation and it caused pimples on my face, especially forehead, now i got acne marks as well, feels like wasted my money, not happy with result 😒

I have been going to this Salon for over 6 years. Today I returned after 13 months (post baby) to have a LED facial and buy some products. The service was beyond disappointing. I was informed there was no samples for the new products - anti ageing by some sort of manager , however a lovely beautician with red hair miraculously produced some pods and put the cream in. She deserves recognition and promotion! I have sensitive skin - excema. The young girl who did my led was pushy with products and the LED. I used to love going here as the staff were lovely and purchased a lot of services! Not too mention I was told you got 15 minutes for my LED and i booked the wrong one! Not my point. The salon is still dirty but I put up with that all these years as the beauticians took the time, were not pushy or rude! Done!
