Just went to my usual laser clinic and I booked online and there no mention of a they/them doing my procedure. I don’t like how I was put on the spot and felt I wasn’t given a choice, this should be mentioned on the online booking system. They/them was very professional and I mean no harm writing this, I just feel it should be an option online.

Impossible to get in touch with, had 2 Lazer hair removal on my legs and twice there were areas that were missed. I did read the t+cs beforehand and did my best to shave the area with the lighting I have. They didn't shave the area and said the hairs would fall out in a few weeks which they didn't. Tried to rebook multiple times, system crashed and left multiple messages without any reply. I did have 1 lady who was studying Nursing who was casual there who was absolutely amazing though. Id want to rebook to see her
