Always so pleased with the service and wonderful staff at the riverton clear skin clinic. The therapists are always so friendly, kind and professional. Laura the clinic manager was also very helpful in sorting out a small billing issue I had with my last treatment which was greatly appreciated. I live up north so am not able to visit the clinic often, but am always very happy to come back! Thanks so much!

I had a negative experience in the past with this clinic but decided to try again. Previous experience was arriving 5 minutes late after rushing through traffic, they refused to provide the service even though I travelled 20 minutes to get there. This is unreasonable since they have rescheduled and cancelled appointments at short notice on me. I was convinced by the staff on another occasion after having a service which I was happy with, that I could get an appointment for a skin consultation free of charge. I unfortunately had to postpone my appointment on the day and left a message for a call back. The rescheduled appointment was possible as long as I paid $50 up front for an appointment that was complementary. Finding that difficult to understand why the need for upfront payment, the staff advised I would get it back by purchasing their products. I explained that I probably won't buy their products and so I was told that it would then be used to cover the appointment meaning you buy the product or lose it. How can they book a free appointment then later expect you to pay $50? I'd be ok if it was refunded as a deposit to hold the appointment but it was not stated that way at all.
