I purchased a Hydrafacial Deluxe package (three sessions) at Clear Skincare, relying entirely on the professional recommendation of their staff. After attending one session, it became clear that the treatment was unsuitable for my skin concerns. Despite repeated attempts to contact the clinic dozens of times via phone and email, my concerns were ignored. When I formally requested a refund for the two unused sessions, the clinic refused, incorrectly claiming this was a “change of mind.” This is misleading and unacceptable, as the treatment was not fit for purpose from the start based on professional advice. Clear Skincare’s customer service is unresponsive, and their refusal to provide a refund violates the principles of Australian Consumer Law regarding services that are not suitable for their intended purpose. I strongly advise anyone considering Clear Skincare to be extremely cautious. Their lack of accountability and refusal to honor basic consumer rights is alarming.
