Yumi has been really accommodating from the first day I met her to get my eye liner tattooed. She really takes her time assessing and reviewing what you are after to see what suits. I am really satisfied with my eye liner results which she has achieved. It is definitely something I could wake up to as an everyday wear. Yumi is also removing my past eyebrow tattoo of 10 years from another beautician and I am very much looking forward to see how and what my new eye brows will look like once completed. It is a journey right now, but Yumi has made it a smooth one so far and I am always happy to see her for my appointments.

Last Friday, I randomly searched for a facial near my place and came across Cleo Beauty in Chatswood. Unfortunately, they only take appointments, so I booked an Aqua Peel Care basic cleansing treatment for today. The salon is located on the second floor of an office building very close to Chatswood Station. My therapist, Yumi, was incredibly attentive and professional. The one-hour session included a gentle head massage, deep facial cleansing, chemical exfoliation, extractions, machine cleansing, a soothing repair mask, and light therapy—there were so many steps that I lost count! I just remember feeling layers of cool, refreshing products being carefully applied to my face. Yumi’s technique was delicate yet precise, and I could genuinely feel how much care she put into every step. When I left, she even gave me a few samples and a face mask to take home. 💯 Highly recommended! Thank you again, Yumi — I’ll definitely be back.
