I visited Clinique after seeing their foundation sample trial promotion on Facebook, eager to test it out before making a purchase. However, the sales representative appeared tired and uninterested in assisting customers. When I politely asked about the trial sample, she questioned the authenticity of my screenshot, which I found quite offensive. Her tone was demeaning, and she seemed hesitant to help. Although she eventually was in the process of providing the sample, her attitude remained dismissive. Frustrated, I told her that if she didn’t want to assist me, she didn’t have to be rude about it, and I left feeling disappointed.
