First time having a spray tan at Complete Skin and Beauty, I had a lovely experience with Rachelle. She picked the tan colour based on what I wanted and I was very happy with it! No streaks or patchy areas. The tan was intact for 5 days before starting to fade, and it faded very evenly. I will definitely be coming back here for all my tans in the future :) thank you

I hate to leave a 1 star review for treament I didn't even manage to get, but this is for the non-existent customer service. I tried to call in opening hours on Monday and left a message but never heard back, so I booked online. Completed the form, tried to call again with some questions on the day of my booking but again no answer, called 6 other clinics around Australia and finally got someone to answer my questions. Arrived 20 minutes before my appointment and asked if there were any new patient forms to complete and was told no. Waited for another girl who came out at the time of my booking who told me I need a patch test 24 hours before treatment, she also told me they were closed on Monday but opening hours say otherwise. I was really looking forward to attending here due to the great reviews. Unfortunately, the fact that nobody got back to me to tell me about the patch test before my appointment, I'm very disappointed after wasting my time. I have had to find somewhere else, that doesn't actually require a patch test.
