Dr Saburova is a very good GP. One of the best ones in Canberra. She is very thorough. Tip: ask the receptionist to call you when you need to leave the house as she is often running late, that way you won’t wait much.

Update: 31st May 2026 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I cannot speak highly enough of Tanya (pronounced Tarnya, although she is happy with either pronunciation). From the moment I met her, I felt completely at ease. Tanya has that rare combination of professionalism, knowledge, warmth and genuine compassion that instantly inspires confidence. She takes the time to listen, explains everything thoroughly, and ensures you feel informed and supported every step of the way. What impressed me most was her caring nature. No question felt like a silly question, and nothing felt rushed. She made me feel like I mattered, and that level of personal care is something that is becoming harder and harder to find. Tanya is clearly passionate about what she does and dedicated to providing the highest standard of care. He could clearly see I wasn’t feeling my best and took the time to ensure I was comfortable and cared for throughout my visit. His professional yet compassionate approach made such a difference. A special mention also goes to Nylah, the receptionist, who was so patient and understanding while helping me with my paperwork. Her calm manner and friendly attitude made the whole process smooth and stress-free. I’m truly grateful for the excellent care and service from both of them — a team that really goes above and beyond for their patients! A huge appreciation and thank you to Kim, the wonderful Office Manager. Not only does she run the office so smoothly, but when she steps in at reception, she does it with such grace, kindness, and compassion. I've seen all of them at some stage over the years.

I’ve had such a positive experience with Dr. Saburova. She is incredibly lovely, warm, and takes the time to really listen. What I appreciate most is how thorough she is – she helped me with multiple health issues at once without ever making me feel rushed. It’s rare to find a doctor who is both so professional and so caring. The only thing is she often runs late, but the surgery is thoughtful enough to call me beforehand so I don’t waste time waiting, which I really appreciate. I feel very well looked after every time I see her, and I’m grateful to have found such a wonderful GP. Highly recommend!

So after I visted here today I was there for a few seconds to be told my son had an ear infection and prescribed Antibiotics. I then received a phone call afterward to find out that I owed $90 for a 14 year old child. I seen nothing about this anywhere last time I came here I was charged nothing because my son is under the age of 16 and I get less than half back on medicare I don't think they understand how annoyed I was with this. Apparently no it was the Doctor I got I honestly don't understand this is why I don't go to the docs anymore because they charge you for the appointment even if it's for your child. Not happy and the amount that I do get back won't be until monday next week by the looks!

Came here my entire life. Won’t be anymore. Attended several times over the past 3 months, each time being worse. GP does not want to be there, does not care, very unhelpful, does not listen. Was told by GP to see reception for a vaccination, then reception told me I needed a script from GP, who was unaware. Reception had to walk me back and inform GP he did the process wrong. Very unprofessional. Had to edit my review to 1 star: Last visit I presented Dr Jai Lee with a letter from another medical professional specifying which tests need to be done - Turns out he did the referral completely wrong and ticked all the wrong boxes. Usually wouldn’t name drop but my experience was shocking.
