Appointment: easy to book online via the Cosmetique website. Follow the prompts, and select what treatment & time that suits you. It's super easy! Location: enter at the Roar fitness entrance then it's the first room on the right. Parking: loads of parking available in large car park. Treatment: muscle relaxers - each time it was super quick & I've always felt comfortable. Just straight in and out. Lip filler 1ml - get the dental block if sensitive to pain. 2-week top-ups if you needed more or weren't fully satisfied which was also great. Payment: After Pay is available. I always pay before treatment.

I have been getting my treatments done at Cosmetique for 6 years and will always come back! The consultation process is really easy and never feels stress inducing or rushed unlike other clinics. I love that i am able to discuss my needs and they are always met to a very high standard. I’ve never had any issues or post appointment complications as the injectors genuinely know what they’re doing and make me feel amazing every single time! Just had my first lip fillers done! So far, so good. The lady who did them was amazing—we had a consultation first, and when it came time for the fillers, she was super gentle and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. Really happy with the experience!

I've never had a problem ever the whole 8 years I've been coming too Cosmetique all the staff is lovely. But that was not what I experienced unfortunately the nurse I had on that specific day her name was Bianca at the bibra lake clinic. I walked in all smiles even 10 minutes early. she asked me what I would like done and I said to her I’d like 1ml or maybe abit more we will just see as we go. she replied.. well we only do 1ml with a smirk on her face laughing to the apprentice next to her. straight away I could feel tension from this nurse not understanding why this nurse would even be acting like this she had absolutely no reason too. anyway she then proceeded to not listen to what I had to say bluntly ignoring me. and she then said " just let me feel your lips" very rudely. then she said i won't be able to do anything today for you as your lips are migrated.. I was shocked as I've never heard this before. I ended going and getting a second opinion, straight after I left there. Got told from another cosmetic place my lips weren’t migrated at all! And they couldn’t understand why she wouldn’t do my lips? At the end of the day I was ok with not getting them done today as my problem with her had nothing to do with my lips being migrated. As I still continued to trust her after feeling so embarrassed and uncomfortable in that space. When it’s ment to be the total opposite that is why you go to these places for them to help and give you an understanding of what you could possibly have done to feel more confident! Well this was the absolute opposite! It was the absolute rude sarcasm from the minute i walked in that I was upset about and how small I felt walking out of that room. When I proceeded to ask her for her name she said I'm not giving you my name and I said well I would like to know so I can make a complaint. As I felt so little about myself. She then told me her name. Don't know if it is the right name or if she gave me a fake name I hope not. But this was the most unprofessional experience I have ever seen coming from a nurse it is not what she said it's how she said it that had me so mind blown. Just wanting to let people know the experience I had. so no one else has to ever go though what I went through with this nurse. And just letting you all know if you have any complaints do not bother sending them an email to there compliance email as they do not repond. And if they do. it takes weeks for a reply and all they do say is sorry for the inconvenience. And that you had to go though something like that. Thank god they’ve never botched my face as they are no help at all. And simply don’t care! I will not be going back to them again. And cosmetique in general not just the cockburn clinic!
