The best experience at cosmetique I’ve ever had! I’ve been going here for years and sometimes unhappy with the girls rushing / being very young and feeling like they don’t know what they’re doing. This time I had Sharna 🧡 she took her time and explained everything to me.. she was so positive and nice to talk too. Moving forward she will be the only one I trust with my lips / Botox. I had the most amazing nurse I’ve ever had last week. Her name was Sharna and she honestly deserves a promotion. The consultation was extremely thorough I’ve never had one like that at cosmetique before, she took her time went over things well and gave me recommendations. When doing the procedure she took her time told me exactly what she was doing and even went into detail about how Botox works. I honestly couldn’t praise Sharna enough if you get her you know you are going to be in extremely safe caring hands. Thank you so much Sharna I will definitely return just because of you.

Had my lips filled 3 weeks ago. Very happy with the lovely nurse and the treatment. A little nervous to begin with because this was my first time. Would recommend because my lips look defined now but still natural. Thank you.

AVOID at all costs . This company have turned into shonky cowboys - used to be easy and good value . After not being able to book online due to the app , i booked on the phone and turned up for my 10.30 appointment. I was then told that the new policy is to download an app give my. credit card details then have a dr consult which apparently is now to be done at each visit . I was previously told this was an annual requirement. It is $35 each time plus service fee . This whole process took 25 mins before we could even start the procedure. I don't know why i wasn't informed of this new practice when making the appointment. This appt had already been postponed the week before due to the app not working The two ladies working were lovely and quite clearly frustrated too . The nurse doing my procedure was clearly in training so i asked her and she said she was . I was a little concerned about this and the other nurse took over and finished my treatment . I'm aware that everyone needs to learn and train . However i just think it's etiquette to let your client know , and make sure they are ok with it . If i was having my teeth done by a trainee dentist i'm sure i would be made aware of it . After many years at cosmetique i will not be returning . These days there are several reputable companies out there and completion oaf high . They need to lift their game , lose the shonky cowboy , money grabbing outfit they have become if they wish to retain their loyal client base .

This place is beyond unprofessional and honestly disgusting. I went to Cosmetique for lip filler, paid $300, and only after taking my money the nurse decided to tell me I “couldn’t” get the treatment because I was going on holiday and needed to wait two weeks. Funny how that information only comes out after they’ve already charged you. I was told I’d get my refund within 5 business days. That never happened. Instead, I spent TWO MONTHS chasing them, being ignored and brushed off. When they finally responded, they claimed they had “no record” of my appointment because no invoice was created as if that somehow justifies keeping my money. I have clear bank proof showing they took $300, yet they still refused to refund me. It got to the point where I had to dispute the charge with my bank just to try and get my money back. The fact that a customer has to go through their bank because a business refuses to do the right thing says everything. I’ve been coming here for years, and this is how loyal clients are treated? Absolutely pathetic. Taking payment, providing no service, then refusing a refund is disgraceful behaviour. Never again. I’ll be telling everyone about this experience. If you value your money, go somewhere else.
