Carla’s knowledge, skill, and genuinely personalised approach set her apart. She takes the time to truly understand your skin, tailoring treatments with care and precision. Her qualifications are equally impressive, including a Masters in Industrial Biotechnology (with a focus on anti-ageing cosmetic development), as well as specialised training in Nutrition for Skin and Laser Skin Technologies. This depth of expertise allows her to offer a comprehensive range of treatments, from relaxing facials through to more advanced, targeted skin therapies. I am currently undertaking a six-month treatment program with Carla and feel completely confident that I am in expert hands. Every aspect of the plan has been thoughtfully designed around my individual skin concerns and sensitivities, which is something I truly value. Carla has also recommended a selection of beautiful skincare products that are perfectly suited to my skin, while remaining mindful of budget, something that is not always easy to find. Carla, the dermal therapist, is a master at her work. My skin has never looked so clear. I have had the extractions facial which I was so shocked how good my skin looked. Not a single black head left. And my face was so congested. She really took the time to cleanse and clear my skin. She also sent me a list of recommended products and was reasonably priced. The compliments I have been getting from friends and family really cements how good she did. I really appreciated her setting out a plan of what we could do and a timeline to get my skin even better. I just went back today for my first chemical peel and will be back shortly for my microneedling. So glad I found her.

I just had the worst experience at Darwin Dermatologists. Particularly with a receptionist called Belinda, who was extremely rude to me multiple times while I was trying to explain to her the situation (as I was dealing with a different receptionist earlier). This person even interrupted me to say that "that was not the story she got" implying that I was a liar. Honestly, I believe this place should look for staff with at least basic customer service skills to talk to patients. I ended up loosing my appointment due to their incompetence and the worst part is that probably they will get away with it. Make yourself a favor and don't go there.
