What patients say
5.0Dr Tevi Wain is the most empathetic, caring, brilliant dermatologist, I have ever been treated by. I gave complex issues and she has never given up on finding solutions. Her staff are incredible. This is a practice that cares about every aspect of patient care
5.0Dr Hana Wills has been the first doctor who has been able to help me after a 2 year long journey of suffering. She made me feel heard, provided reassurance and validated my experience. After being under her care my life has significantly improved in a way I thought was not possible.
5.0rarely I take the time to search a business and write a review but I felt this is the minimum I could do to thank the team at Delta Dermatology for their EXTREME kindness, care, professionalism and passion for what they do. They didn't choose a regular job, you really need to have a deep passion for this branch of dermatology and for helping people and I thank them for their work that make many people better.
5.0I was absolutely dreading this appointment, but turns out that was without cause. Shara, the nurse, was so lovely and really just made me feel like I was sitting down for a chat with a friend. She put me at ease straight away. Dr. Wain was professional, knowledgeable, and empowering. I’m grateful for your care - thank you both so much.
1.0I booked with Dr Wayne months ago and took the afternoon off work — unpaid — just to attend, as there were no available times later than 3:30pm. I arrived on time and was told there would be a 15-minute delay. I let the front desk know I had to leave by 4pm to collect my young children. At 3:45pm, I was seen by a lovely nurse who took some notes and asked me to wait for the doctor. I then sat in the consultation room until 4:05pm with no update or communication. I was left with no choice but to leave — still without having seen the dermatologist. I’m incredibly frustrated. I made arrangements and sacrifices for this appointment, waited 35 minutes, and still didn’t get seen. My skin issue is a regular one (eczema) and I simply needed a new prescription cream — this should not be so difficult or time-consuming. Poor time management and lack of communication made what should’ve been a straightforward appointment feel stressful and like a complete waste of my time. EDIT - Response to business owner I’ve already attended the clinic twice, first for a consultation where I saw the nurse (I believe her name was Natalie), who took notes and encouraged me to return to see Dr Wayne. At my second visit, I was unable to see the doctor due to significant delays, but Natalie did take photos of the areas of concern. Given that I have already spoken to the nurse twice and provided the necessary information and images, I’m unsure why it’s necessary for me to return a third time just to obtain a prescription.
