I went to Dermatology SA for the first time today and saw Dr Matthew Cho. Both Matthew and the overall practice were excellent. Matthew was warm and open, very thorough, and we had an honest, inclusive, and detailed conversation about the best treatment options. Treatment was carried out immediately, and the results were as discussed. The staff were very friendly, efficient, and caring. Overall, it was an excellent experience, and I am extremely satisfied with the outcome. Highly recommended.

Paid almost $300 to wait 9 months and go in for 5 minutes to be barely listened to and feelings disregarded. If you come do not go to Dr Sachin Vaidya. Very cold and doesn’t listen. I have had acne since I was 15 and am 21 now. He said I need to lose weight and my problems would go away. I was at my smallest when I was in my teens so how is weight an issue?!? He prescribed me anti biotics FOR ACNE???? a topical treatment and no follow up needed apparently. Not only that but my acne is somehow WORSE now. Doesn’t know what he’s doing. To open yourself up after having anxiety about acne throughout my life for the specialist to not care or listen is heart wrenching. Would not recommend him at all.

My experience here at this clinic was terrible! I was reffered here by my Dr to get a biopsy done and for some help! Sadly my first appointment with Dr Cho wasnt good. He was disinterested to even take a good look at my skin, He did not honour the referal request for a biopsy and he prescribed a to powerful steriod cream that caused near instant blisters! The only advice i received for severe Dermatitis was to change the colour of my socks! This did not help anything! This appointment cost $280 for 15 unhelpful minutes! I have now requested my Dr to go to another dermatology clinic to find better care!
