If you are looking for a new beautician please do yourself a favour and book in to see Faith. I have been seeing her for years and couldn’t recommend anyone more! This gem has helped attack my acne and scars with IPL, spent hours on my lashes, waxing and helped me avoid full mental breakdown with relaxing facials and sound life advice! Super excited for her beautiful new space. Faith is honest and realistic with her advice and is always safe, reliable and offers a range of treatments that I have benefited from. I have never left without a smile and feeling better than o walked in.

Avoid the tattoo artist Keiko at this salon, or your lips may end up like those in the picture. If anything goes wrong or you suffer any harm, the only response you will get is: "Contact your doctor," along with an invitation for your next appointment. She completely disregards clients' health, lacks professionalism, and does not possess the ethics and care that a proper practitioner should have. You will pay more than just the $590 for the lip tattoo—you will also lose more money, time, and even your health. So far, my medical treatment costs have already approached $1,000. Since Keiko only rents this space three days a week, there is no consumer protection if something goes wrong. A failed lip tattoo will not retain color properly, and the artist is solely focused on making money. There will be no refunds, and she will continue to charge you for additional procedures. This is, without a doubt, the most shameless business I have ever encountered in Canberra. I have already filed a complaint with the relevant authorities in hopes of protecting consumer rights. Best of luck to anyone considering this place!
