After reading these reviews I'm going to have my skin fixed overseas. I have been diagnosed (by Dianas favourite - my GP 👍) with a pre-cancerous lesion. I decided to go with Diana because she has the light therapy device that's been recommended to me. But I was horrified that after giving them my referral which clearly states precancerous lesion I HAD TO WAIT 2 weeks JUST to be triaged ! Are you serious!? And after these reviews I'm concerned she won't even take me seriously as I'm under 40, as others have written. I have an upcoming trip to Israel and I'm 100% getting my treatment there the same day I land, thank you, I hope her practise and personality improves to that which we expect of an Australian medical professional.

I am completely shocked by how rude and unprofessional Diana is. I went to the appointment for a skin check and have never been treated with such disrespect. From the beginning, she told me I was “wasting her time” and that “I should have gone to my GP for this.” Her attitude throughout the entire appointment was unpleasant; she made me feel like my presence was a bother and barely spent any time on the examination. To make matters worse, she didn’t even take the time to listen to the skin problem my wife and I wanted to address. She barely looked at my wife’s skin and hastily diagnosed her with “hives” without conducting any tests or thorough observation. She is, without a doubt, the least empathetic person I have ever encountered, and for a doctor, this is unacceptable. Based on my previous experiences with various medical specialists, this stands out as one of the worst experiences I’ve had. Paying $300 for such poor treatment and inadequate care was the worst money I’ve ever spent. I wish I could give her minus -100 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️.

Words cannot express how much I detest this doctor and everything she stands for. Her arrogance and lack of explanation. Her flippant comments. She prescribed my son a medication that has ruined his life. No explanation - not even a leaflet. The side effects we now realise that she dismissed like we were telemarketers- and then she wouldn’t even have a conversation with me because she was concerned she couldn’t bill a portion to Medicare. She has done untold damage and I warn any one who has skin cancer or anything serious not to go near her. She is a money hungry and lazy. I wish so much we could turn back time and never would we set foot in her practice. Read the reviews- there are far better specialists. Practically anyone
