It is over a year now since Dr Sheridan found and cut out - invisibly - a bad melanoma from my face. At the time this was completely unexpected as discovered at a consultation for a completely unrelated skin issue (also treated well). I have now had time to absorb the fact that this saved my life. I have recommended this practice to friends and family who have enjoyed similar excellent experiences. The demographic of we Glenelg sun lovers is not the most IT savvy - so I have taken it on myself to log on and leave a good review so this is on the record. A practice worth supporting - they do a lot of good.

I have only jumped on here as I needed to share this practice with a friend. Not sure why they have been given 1 rating I have been here several times and have had surgeries and procedures with Adam , all I have experienced is kindness, competency and professionalism ( also from reception) and Adam . I wouldn’t go any where else .

I was just going to walk away from my poor experience with this specialist until I received an email suggesting either I leave a 5 star review or alternatively email the rudest person I encountered at the practice direct. My story of bad experiences is as tedious as reading the bible. However I will say I DO NOT recommend this practice. Dr Sheridan made false promises. Didn’t listen when I said he missed bits and or made excuses. Said at the beginning a positive outcome then said differently when he missed crucial areas and I mentioned them. The person at reception is rude. Ignorant and made excuses for their incompetence. When I said I was a practice manager I know what processes are and how to time manage appropriately the verbal attack occurred. Adding extra patient appointments to push mine out so I had to walk out. Blah blah. I didn’t attend the last appointment because of the misinformation given. I advised the doctor 3 times he missed spots and graciously ignored my concerns and said if it doesn’t work we will need to do saline injections which will scar. So he didn’t hit the trigger spots I once again raised and said a totality different spiel again with excuses. The nail on the head is. Oh if you come back again you have to pay full price because your Medicare will not cover any more appointments. The charge is astronomical the man lives on approximately $2000.00 an hour given the time I attended which was an average of 15 minutes per appointment. He never hit the targeted areas of concern until I pointed it out and made excuses that it was my skin. 180 from you have beautiful skin and will look fabulous. Because the last session $700+ I presented to did nothing I chose not to go back. An email was sent From Juli’s and the team. Either give a five star rating or contact me direct. NO THANK YOU. This practice is overrated. Overpriced. Rude and obnoxious. DO NOT BOTHER.
