I had my SMILE Pro surgery done here about a month ago and I couldn't be happier with the experience. From my first appointment through to the post-surgery care, Dr Linda Zheng, optometrist Rahul and the entire team at Eagle Vision were outstanding. Dr Linda Zheng spent a great deal of time answering all my questions and ensuring I felt comfortable and informed throughout the process. She was also quick to respond to my messages even while attending a conference overseas and on a Friday evening. She is genuinely passionate about what she does and provides care that goes well beyond the surgery itself. Rahul was equally thorough and professional. He took great care to ensure all measurements and scans were accurate and was willing to repeat scans whenever he wasn't completely satisfied with the results. His attention to detail gave me a lot of confidence that everything was being done to the highest standard. The entire staff at Eagle Vision were warm, friendly and welcoming at every visit. As an incredibly nervous and meticulous patient, I had far more questions than the average person. Dr. Linda Zheng was absolutely incredible—she was extremely patient and happy to answer all of my questions, from the very beginning when I was deciding on a procedure, all the way through to aftercare and post-op recovery. We had multiple consultations to ensure I was fully aware of all the options available. Dr. Zheng was completely receptive, never rushed me, and listened intently to every single concern, and guided me toward the best option for my unique situation. Her level of care is truly unmatched. Knowing how anxious I was, she thoughtfully tailored the experience to my needs by ensuring I was scheduled with as much time as I needed, as well as providing Valium to calm my nerves on the day.
