I went to this salon yesterday for eyebrow waxing. Unfortunately, the staff member who did my eyebrows made one of them noticeably thinner than the other. After finishing, she didn’t offer me a mirror to check, and since I was in a hurry, I didn’t ask either. Once I got to my car, I noticed the uneven shape and went back inside to raise my concern. The staff member who worked on me didn’t accept responsibility and instead suggested it was due to previous threading or a lack of hair on one eyebrow, which I found quite frustrating. However, the manager was absolutely wonderful. She listened to me carefully, showed genuine understanding, and handled the situation very professionally. She not only reassured me but also refunded me for the service without hesitation. Her kind and respectful approach really turned around an unpleasant situation and left me with a positive impression of the salon. I’m disappointed about the eyebrow experience, but I truly appreciate the manager’s excellent customer service.
