Elements Skin Clinic has looked after my cosmetic treatments for quite a few years now. Gioya did an incredible job with my cosmetic eyebrow tattooing – it totally lifted my face. I always look at least 20 years younger after a treatment with injectables with Dr Chris – he truly is gifted. And Jillian’s treatments have always left me looking refreshed and fabulous. The entire staff are lovely, very knowledgeable about the available treatments, always take as much time as necessary to discuss what is the best treatment for me, the pricing and explain what I can realistically expect from the treatment. I recently had an incredibly upsetting and unprofessional experience at Elements. The service was not delivered after paying a substantial amount for an advised and guaranteed outcome. After the recommended procedure did not produce the expected results (or any for that matter), I was promised a ‘redo’ after much contact and perseverance from my part. Both parties originally agreed to redo the treatment , however the owner Claire then failed to follow through, making excuses and threats for me to contact her only via her lawyer. I believe this was to deter me from returning for the redo, or by my safer choice receiving an owed refund. I was very polite and understanding so then quite shocked at her approach, as after first meeting with her she was extremely obliging and willing to follow through with the service having the required results. I understand sometimes procedures may not go exactly to plan, however after being promised a solution to the first ineffective treatment and not only not receiving it, but also being threatened, I feel compelled to write this review. As we all know these procedures can be expensive, we should be receiving a professional, as advertised service. I hope to protect others by sharing my experience. Red flags 🚩🚩
