Love this Clinic! I started looking into non surgical treatment options after the birth of my third child to help tighten up my tummy and shift some of the baby weight from my hips. I’m not one to normally write reviews however the girls really did go above and beyond so deserve the praise, I felt comfortable , cared for and that there was a genuine excitement to see my results progress by the therapists. It’s usually hard for me to make beauty appointments with a baby however the girls were so understanding in accomodating any last minute changes I needed to make to appointments without any cancellation fees applied and on occasion when I needed to bring bub in for my treatment it was never an issue. I’ve had the HIFU skin tightening, lipocel and the muscle sculpting treatments and am so impressed with the results. The treatments did take a few weeks for me to really start to notice the changes and it was recommended to complete a course of treatments for best results so it’s not just a one off kind of thing but I’m glad I took the advice and no longer need to go down the surgical path. Highly recommend for the busy mums out there wanting honest , no BS advice and visible results.

I'm sharing my honest experience to help others set realistic expectations. I paid for a leg package of 16 cellulite treatment sessions (8 front, 8 rear thighs), plus arm treatments including LIPOcel and fat freezing. My main issues: What I paid for vs what I received: My 16 leg sessions were condensed into 8 days. In each session they treated both areas (front and rear) but within the same time normally spent on a single area, so each area effectively received half the treatment time it should have. In practice I feel I received around half of what I paid for. When I raised this, I was told it's the normal procedure. Results: I didn't see results from the LIPOcel or cellulite treatments. There were visible changes between my first and last leg photos, but those came four months apart, during which I'd moved from a very stressful, sendentary period with poor and routines to daily training, healthy eating and far less stress, so I can't attribute them to the treatments. On my arms I saw no change beyond what the fat freezing did. (So Fat Freezing: good; LipoCel & Complete Cellulite treatment: a complete waste of time and money). Communication and expectations: I raised my concerns several times. I'd paid for both areas, I was following the plan their own staff set for me, and the results still weren't what I'd been led to expect. Each time, I was simply told this happens often and that many clients find their expectations don't match the results (which, frankly, says a lot). For me, that's the biggest issue: expectations weren't managed up front, and the responses never addressed what I'd actually flagged. After a significant financial outlay, this was really upseting and a real disappointment. I'd encourage anyone considering treatment here.
