I had a great experience from the day I worked in for my consultation. I was kept up to date with the process via email and advised that my appt was with Tina. The treatment was explained thoroughly by Tina and I felt confident that she knew exactly what I needed. After chatting we upgraded my chin sculpt to a half face and I am so pleased I did this and it didn’t cost that much more. She talked me through the treatment at the start so I knew what to expect. Overall my experience was fantastic and the treatment was not scary at all and had very minimal side effects. Tina was great and I will be asking on my next visit if I can add or make an appt for my crows feet and under eyes. If I could afford it I would have a full face and neck. I am extremely happy with how my face is already changing and I can already notice a small difference. Highly highly recommend!! Thank you 🌸

Studio is nice and shiny, clean and new so one star for that. Down points: 50% off deals still substantially more than other local studios. No 50% off is available on their packages. Staff member asked me to complete a detailed questionnaire which took around 20 minutes on a difficult to manage tablet. The staff member then didn’t even look at any of my responses. Staff member then proceeded to tell me about the treatment I was interested in without referring to my medical history to see if it might be suitable for me before me asking about pricing. The staff member then asked if I want to book in. Seemed more sales based than considering what would be in my best interests.
