Today I went into the salon to have a facial. I was being treated by a lovely very welcoming lady called Ashley. She’d taken me into the room and began the treatment! I don’t normally post reviews but I have to say my facial was amazing!! I even fell asleep which this is something I never would normally do!! I felt so relaxed with my treatment and Ashley herself! My face has never felt so good!! I was so happy with the treatment that I will be returning for more!! Honestly Ashley is so down to earth , makes you feel so welcome, and she knows how to do a brilliant facial!! I actually can’t wait to have another!! Iv felt so relaxed and comfortable in my own skin all day!! Side note all the staff at the salon are also very welcoming and lovely! I highly recommend this salon services and what they have to offer!! Thank you Ashley for your amazing facial!! And can’t wait for my next!

First time visiting Ella Baché, Joondalup and it was an excellent experience! The facial I had was so relaxing and the therapist, Courtney, was so friendly and welcoming and made me feel very comfortable. My skin feels so fresh and glowy and she took the time to explain the best way to take care of my skin type. I then had a lash lift and tint for the first time and the results were amazing! You can tell the lash technician loves what she does and she put all of that love and attention into the service. Thanks again for a great experience all round.

First time here and my experience was really good. All staff on arrival were friendly & my therapist Jess was great. She was a perfectionist & knowledgeable. The room was calming. It was the most relaxing skin needling session I’ve ever had :)

I had a wax with Kate and she was absolutely phenomenal! She was so kind, reassuring, and instantly put me at ease throughout the whole appointment. The service was professional, comfortable, and genuinely one of the best experiences I’ve had. I couldn’t recommend Kate more highly! 💛 Was also lovely to hear a familiar accent from home (UK)!

Bought a Groupon for 2 sessions but was only to claim for one session. They are not considerate enough to rebook appointment even if I begged to. Anyways, it was a waste of money. The first session of hydrafacial was not even with the hydrafacial device I normally have when I go to other clinics. They only scrub/massage your face, I dont think that should be sold as an hydrafacial package anyways cause it’s not. Never going back. I’d rather go to other clinics!
