I’ve been here quite a few times over the last year or so, and every single time, I always leave feeling so relaxed and with such soft and clean skin! The whole experience is very customized, and you can tell the whole team make an effort to get to know you, even if you only meet them once or twice!! Sophie and Abi are definitely my favourite therapists, as I have had most of my sessions with them, and they always know exactly what to offer to have me so relaxed I nearly fall asleep, and to leave my skin feeling amazing! I can’t fault this clinic at all! Getting a membership is definitely on my to do list next appointment!!

Absolutely loved my facial! The products were gentle and smelt gorgeous. I was made to feel very comfortable and the staff are lovely. They have great knowledge about skin types and skincare products. I loved that they recommended personalised products and routine after the session. Can’t wait to return 🫶🏼

I pass Fayshell on my day to day life and have been desperate to go in since moving to sydney. So last week I went for a Hydrafayshell with Sophie last week and it was just gorgeous. The lymphatic drainage was so needed and something I had desperately been after! The clinic smells incredible and is just an overall really fun happy place to be 🧡🧡 will 100% be back!

This review is delayed but I think it's important for people to read before deciding whether to visit. I've been to countless facial clinics over the years and can confidently say that Fayshell falls below the standard I would expect for the prices charged. In my experience, the treatments are comparable to those offered by chain laser clinics, with a clear emphasis on quantity over quality. A few examples: - 2 out of the 3 therapists I saw were rough and heavy handed, leaving my sensitive skin worse after the appointment. The whole process feels quick and transactional, rather than relaxing. I honestly question whether the therapists are properly qualified or simply just trained on the job. - I wouldn't recommend booking LED treatments if you're expecting 15 minutes of peace as all you hear is people talking. The set up is also uncomfortable when you're sitting next to a stranger and people in the waiting area are staring right at you. - There appears to be poor workplace culture. 2 different therapists explicitly told me that they were overworked, doing long hours without proper breaks. I also often overheard staff gossiping during LED treatments. This is completely unprofessional and not something a client should have to hear when they're trying to unwind. - Therapists would provide conflicting skincare product recommendations. My final straw was when the therapist told me not to bother with any products sold at the clinic because only tretinoin is strong enough to make a difference. I appreciated the honesty however after previously spending hundreds on products, I felt pretty misled and taken advantage of.
