Don't book online with them!! They've disappeared! Alex used to be fantastic, but has since vanished. I purchased skincare products back in June and still haven't received them as they were always closed when I went to collect them. I paid a $100 deposit for a facial in Oct (in hope to collect my skincare products at the same time) - Alex cancelled it an hour before the appointment and then stopped responding. I've been trying to get my money back for both purchases for months, but they aren't responding to emails and their phone is disconnected. It's a real shame, I used to highly recommend them. Save your money, go somewhere else!

Absolutely shocking and disappointing!!! Terrible communication!! Services require you to prepaid online to make an appointment. I did this but then got sick and gave 3 days notice to would not be able to attend. Once I recovered I tried to reschedule.. I called, texted, emailed, fb, instagram- at least 10 times over 4 weeks and no response. I have now had to file a dispute with bank to get a refund for a service I paid for and didn’t receive.
