Fresh skin clinic is the most amazing service I have ever experienced. I went in to prep my skin for my wedding and staff go above and beyond to reach my skin goals. I wanted glowy natural and vibrant skin for my wedding and the results I have received from micro needling and lights has far exceeded my expectations. I have also had my eyebrows shaped for year from fresh and they never disappoint. I look forward to my appointments always a fresh skin as the clinic is an oasis and has been my own form of self care in the lead up for the wedding. I will definitely be continuing my skin routines post wedding.

I visited Fresh Clinic on 20/03 at 2 pm for a microneedling treatment and initially had a really positive experience. My consultant did a great job with the treatment itself, clearly explained how microneedling works, and talked me through other options that would be suitable for my skin. I felt she was genuinely focused on helping me achieve the best results. Throughout the appointment, she was friendly and professional, which made me feel well taken care of. Unfortunately, that changed towards the end of my visit. While I was waiting in one of the rooms, I overheard her speaking about me to the receptionist in a negative tone. This was very disappointing and left me feeling disrespected, especially after what I thought had been such a positive experience. After the visit, I emailed the clinic with an aftercare question, but the response felt unhelpful and unprofessional. My questions weren’t fully addressed, and the replies came across as lacking effort to be genuinely supportive. Overall, I’m quite disappointed and don’t plan to return at this stage.
