I had been wanting to remove my tattooed eyebrows for a while after they turned a grayish tone, but I was always hesitant. I did A LOT of research around Sydney because I wanted someone with real experience in eyebrow removal specifically. That’s when I found Jamie — and after seeing her incredible reviews, before-and-after photos, and all the informative resources she shares online, I knew it would be worth the 50-minute drive. She even managed to fit me in quickly, which was amazing because once I found her, I was ready and wanted to do it asap. From the first call, the entire experience was nothing short of fantastic. Jamie is so friendly and really makes you feel welcome and looked after through the whole process. At my appointment, she took her time explaining everything — what to expect, how it works, and the kind of results I could look forward to. She also followed up afterward to see how I was doing, which I really appreciated. I ended up only needing one session as my eyebrows faded to a softer, more natural brown tone that matches my hair and natural brows beautifully. It feels incredible not having that gray graffiti shade under my brow hairs anymore. I could go for another session to remove it entirely, but I love how they look now.
