I visited Dr Chia for a check up regarding a small freckle on my face and he diagnosed it as cancer. He was very thorough explaining the whole procedure and promptly I had it removed in his surgery. I saw Dr Chia for molluscum removal for my 10-year-old son, and unfortunately it was a very poor experience. The doctor initially seemed unwilling to remove the molluscum. After I explained that my son had been dealing with it for over 15 months and insisted on treatment, the doctor eventually agreed. However, the removal process was started without using any numbing cream or adequate pain management, which was very distressing for a child. They only care for money.
