In addition, the process itself, which those who have never had done might be concerned about, is managed in a highly careful, respectful and non-confronting way. Amazing staff make you feel welcome, and comfortable, 1st time I had young nurse with Dr for examination, she was amazing a real sweetie, I don't like showing my yucky tummy she made me very comfortable and at ease, hoping I have her again. Dr also is so professional, explains every step and thoughts ,I have to say always great to see what colourful socks he is wearing.

The staff and medical professionals are very friendly and curtious. Appointment times run very punctually. Treatment rooms are meticulously clean. The only improvement that I could envisage, is if there was less of a wait time between booking an appointment, and actually being seen.

I have been seeing Dr Cath Jeaneret for 10 years rs.or for skin checks because of my Irish heritage! She has always been very thorough and listens to your concerns. She is very gentle and excisions she had needed a perform have been complete with no need for a second op I have also been treated by Dr How in Cath's absence an he was helpful and thorough.
