I booked an SHR hair removal appointment three months in advance. Two months ago, I asked if it could be brought forward and was told the machine was broken. I followed up again in March and received no reply. The day before my scheduled appointment, I was finally told the machine is still not working and was offered a different treatment. I’m extremely disappointed in the lack of communication and notice. If the machine has been out of action this long, clients should have been notified well in advance, not at the last minute. I expected better professionalism and respect for my time.
