I have been with Jupiter cosmetic for three years.i have tried other cosmetic centres but Katie is the best .She is the only one who sees beauty as health :my skin has never been more healthy, because people will say that to me .Katie always takes time to listen to my concerns and always suggests treatment that will take a little bit of time to see the results but they are more natural and beneficial for my skin and my feeling good about myself .she never promoted quick fix that might make me look fake or done and I thank her for that .I am 50 now and people think I am 40 ,my skin has never been better .Katie is very experienced and very knowledgeable in her job and she very passionate to make people feel good about themselves and promote positive self esteem. I visited the Subiaco branch to have the Velashape treatment and couldn't be happier with the results. Katie is the ultimate Cosmetic Nurse Practitioner, she was honest, charming, professional and understood what I was after. Really disappointing experience and I hadn't even stepped foot in the clinic yet. After searching aimlessly for somewhere that I could potentially seek treatment for two certain procedures. Sending a lengthy and very vulnerable email to see if they provided the services I were after to not have any response at all, around a week after the sending the email I called to see if they had received it. Only to be met with ‘oh it was flagged but I hadn’t read it yet’ The lady read over the email in her head whilst I was on the line to which no clarification regarding the services was provided. ‘The first thing you said ‘i don’t know but I can ask as it may need to be from a doctor (mind you it’s skin related) the second one she also had absolutely no knowledge on and said ‘I’m also unsure of this as I’ll need to speak with my cosmetic nurse (regarding tightening of chin), which is on their website (cosmetics) I was patient and understanding. The lady over the phone said she will call me back in 30 Mins. It’s the next day, no email, no promised phone call, nothing. Terrible customer service.
