I have known Eva for a very long time and always valued her advice and expertise. When needed, she or one of her staff, have done an extraction. Rang today to make an appointment for 2 extractions. Call back from Brooke who told me extractions would not be done without a full facial. When I queried why as this has not been past practice, she advised she had made that decision and agreed, it was all about making money. What has happened to the fabulous client service I experienced in the past? Now made an appointed with another excellent beautician.
