I made an inquiry with this clinic, sent my registration form and GP referral and followed up the following week to book an appointment. During the call, I felt rushed and repeatedly interrupted while trying to explain my situation. I was told I would be contacted to arrange an appointment, but over a week later I've received no call. Disappointing communication and lack of follow-up after the effort required to obtain a doctor referral and the registration form that i filled up and sent. Doris

Spent hundreds of dollars on my appointment regarding my hair and scalp for them to recommend one product and not explain that i needed other products to assist with the side effects. I didn’t even receive a proper diagnosis or follow up appointments to help with treatment. I expected more, especially for the price. I ultimately paid them to make my condition worse.

Not once did he offer a definitive diagnosis or thorough treatment plan. Basically you need to Google your symptoms, make your own diagnosis & search for an appropriate treatment. Like getting blood out of a stone, monosyllabic. Don't waste your time or money!!!

Went in and explained to Dr. Daniel my daughters condition. He started giving me options for treatments that I had already tried. He eventually gave me a script, when I went to the pharmacist I realised he had given me something I told him I tried and hadn’t worked. Waste of time and money!
